South West College

The new £21M South West College with its specially curved frontage
is a special signature landmark building nestling on the shore of
the river Erne. It is the first public sector building in the UK to be
designed and built to the highest Passivhaus BREEAM standard
and has attracted a lot of attention within the environmental
sector due to its specialist design and construction.
NI Fire & Rescue Station
Project: NEW NI FIRE & RESCUE STATION
Location: BOUCHER ROAD, BELFAST
Client: LOWRY BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING
Steelwork: 300T STRUCTURAL STEEL, FABRICATE AND ERECT
STRUCT STEEL ENGINEERING LTD were commissioned by Lowry
Builiding and Civil Engineering to supply and erect the curved structural
steel for the new Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Logistics
Support Centre. Works for this state of the art facility fire station
was successfully completed in 2018.
New Warehouse & Offices

STRUCT STEEL ENGINEERING LTD were commissioned by John
Paul Construction to supply and erect the structural steel for new
warehouse and office buildings at Abbotts, Donegal research
facility which is used for developing next generation technology
in revolutionising the way people manage their diabetes.
Northway Mushroom Facility

Client: NORTHWAY MUSHROOMS/ GTL EUROPE
Steelwork: 750T STRUCTURAL BUILDING, FABRICATE, ERECT &
ROOF AND WALL CLADDING
STRUCT STEEL ENGINEERING LTD were employed by Northway
Mushrooms & GTL Europe to supply and erect all structural steel for
this large scale state of the art mushroom composting facility.
STRUCT STEEL ENGINEERING LTD also supplied and fitted
the external roof and wall cladding and all the internal food safe
panelling to the 105m long x 75m wide tunnels building.
Tracey Concrete Extension

STRUCT STEEL ENGINEERING LTD were commissioned by Tracey
Bros to supply and fit all structural steel and cladding for the Tracey
Concrete factory extension. Structural steel for the internal plant
and rails was also designed and fitted by
